My Biography
![]() |
My Name is Dan Murphy and I live in Denver Colorado. In 1999 I graduated Cherry Creek High school to go on to college at Colorado State University. After four years I graduated with two majors one in Marketing and the other in Computer Information Systems. Did marketing because people in IS scare me! As of now I work at Corporate Express in Broomfield Colorado as a third party integration specialist. Yes the job is that complicated it has a title like that!
I have two older sisters, one nephew and a niece on the way. So that would make me the youngest of three. My mother lives in Florida and my father lives in Greenwood Village Colorado where we all grew up. |

As long as I can remember I have always been the computer nerd. Always taking apart computers and breaking my fathers laptop the day before he had a big presentation and hoping that I could fix it before the next day and in the beginning that never was the case. Then he just stopped letting me play with it, which seem to solve most of the problems he had! Then there was high school the only times I got in trouble were when I broke into the schools computers on a dare from my teacher and another time for showing something that I shouldn't have. What can you do when you have knowledge I am all about sharing it with the world.
Some things I like to do in my spare time are skiing and golf. Just started golfing a little while ago so I am not quite the accomplished golfer yet but still manage to have a good time doing it. Sadly enough what I do at work I also do in my free time. Right now I do just a little bit of web development on the side as I am trying to grow that area of my life because its fun to build websites and gives me an outlet to do other work. Plus it lets me exercise the other side of my brain. I have built and designed many websites from scratch and I have also designed total business solutions to support day to day work flows. Each time I do something new and different I get a little better at it. Enjoy, Dan |
