Possibly the best idea I have ever heard of.  One thing about Colorado roads is that they are poorly lit and hard to see especially late night in a rain storm.  I often like to call I-70 the road to nowhere in the dark because you cannot see anything beyond your headlights.  Now if they can get these things down to a reasonable price and fix it so that the snow plows don’t scrape them off in the winter I think this is awesome.  This would be another idea I thought of by the way…really need to start doing stuff I think of!
