I saw one of these at Best Buy today and was amazed at the tiny size of this bad boy.  Its reasonably priced at $69 and caries 4GB, this image makes me laugh because the image is like 2 times the size of the actual product.  It comes with a nice little sleeve to carry around in with a clip to put it on your key chain.  I like the SanDisk that I posted before and that I currently have but I thought this one was worth noting.
